It was a hardy group of 12 Venturers that set off from a flooded Wellington late on a Friday headed for Sunrise Ridge in the Hawkes Bay. These are spectacular peaks, and its a great setting that set off many conversations about where the next trip would go…! A fantastic experience, one that will be a highlight for some time to come.

At the end if term 4, 2014 the cub pack planted sunflower seeds. After looking them for a week or 2 in the den they then planted the newly emerged seedlings into the community orchard next door to the den and here are the results !!!!

What a great job from the parents and senior Youth last weekend at the All Blacks vs Wallabies game doing one of our precious stadium fundraiser. Looks like there’s another $800 coming our way after a very hectic evening.
I understand we ran out of several lines of drinks – but there were still a few of those plastic hotdogs left…. 🙁
